Cancellation Policy

📚 Policies & Expectations To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every student, CYA Solutions follows the policies below. These help us maintain momentum, respect everyone’s time, and deliver individualized instruction with integrity. 🗓️ Scheduling Consistency • Your selected session time will remain consistent for the duration of your plan (hourly, monthly, or semester) • Families choose a preferred day and time based on availability • That time is reserved weekly to support routine and progress • Rescheduling is available with advance notice, subject to availability ❌ Cancellation & Make-Up Policy • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to qualify for a make-up session • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for make-up or refund • Make-up sessions must be scheduled within 2 weeks, based on availability • Recurring cancellations may result in release of your reserved time slot 💳 Payment Schedule • Hourly sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking • Monthly plans: Payment is due by the 1st of each month • Semester packages: Payment is due prior to the first scheduled session • Invoices are sent electronically; payment secures your reserved time • Late payments may result in forfeited sessions or release of your scheduled time
